Features: Bénédictine is a truly extraordinary elixir, made from a secret recipe that is said to date back to 1510, originating with the benedictine monks of the Abbey of Fécamp, in Normandy, France. Produced using a unique blend of 27 herbs and spices, the crafting still takes place at Le Palais Bénédictine which also serves as a museum and art gallery. The careful and complex production process uses precious, original copper pot stills, large oak barrels for ageing, followed by blending the batches with honey and saffron, and ageing again.
