George's Moroccan Rose Harissa Chicken250g mini chicken fillets5 tsp rose harissa2 tbsp lemon juice20g chopped parsley100g couscousMix the chicken and rose harissa. Grill or griddle on high heat. Make the couscous and stir in the lemon and parsley. Serve on a bed of couscous with the chicken on top.
