From the high altitude vineyards of Finca Monteflores in Mendoza, we bring you this beautifully made Estate Bottled Malbec; the newest addition to our herd. Created with steak and wine lovers in mind and honouring the dining clubs of the 18th and 19th Century which celebrated the beefsteak as a symbol of liberty and prosperity

Vinification Details
After being hand-picked, grapes are carefully separated from the stems by means of a grinder and then put into stainless steel tanks. The alcoholic fermentation takes place with selected yeast over a period of 7 days, with frequent pumping over, at a controlled temperature of 26C-28C (78F-82F). Maceration continues for an 10 additional days. 6 months aging in American oak
