Recipe Suggestion: Onion BhajisIngredients: 100g Bart Gram Flour. 1 large onion, finely shredded, 1/2 tsp Bart Turmeric, 1/2 tsp Bart Ground Cumin, 1/2 tsp Bart Garam Masala, 1/2 tsp Bart Nigella Seeds, Vegetable oil for deep frying.Method: Blend all the ingredients except the onion and add enough water to make a sticky batter. Mix in finely shredded onion. Deep fry spoonfuls of the batter until crisp and golden. Pop onto kitchen paper to soak up excess oil.
