Grown on clay-limestone soil with mechanical night harvesting, direct cold pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and bottled at the estate. It’s an elegant wine with red fruit notes, as with all wines in the Classique range, harvested at night to preserve the freshness of the grapes. Subsequently, the grapes are cold pressed and kept at low temperatures for approximately 10 days. Vinified separately, the grape varieties are blended in December. It’s an ideal wine to share with friends or family, but it can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
Tasting Notes:
The nose is delicate with white flowers and citrus, and the palate is fresh.
Pairing Notes:
Pairs well with tapenade, barbecue, fish platter, aioli and tapas.
