Barbadillo Solear is a very dry Manzanilla sherry from the historic Sanlúcar de Barrameda region in Spain. Made entirely from Palomino grapes, this crisp white wine is bottled at 15% ABV and sealed with a screw cap. Serve it chilled as an aperitif or alongside tapas and seafood.
