Manzanilla sherry is a special style of fino that originates only from the coastal town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda at the estuary of the Guadalquivir River. It is here that the family firm of Barbadillo produces this wonderful fresh and zesty wine, showing the crisp apple and nutty palate typical of these pale sherries. Barbadillo is an independent family founded in 1821 with its own vineyards in the 'Jerez Superior' district and its original 'bodegas' in the centre of Sanlucar de Barrameda. Winemaker: Montse Molina. Ownership: Barbadillo family.
