The Blanc de Blancs from Balfour is made using only white grapes (predominantly Chardonnay). This multi vintage cuvée shows the classic Balfour characteristics of Kentish fruit combined with trademark English freshness. On the palate citrus and orchard fruit sit over light pastry notes with a refreshing, mineral finish.
