Aviation American Gin is crafted in small batches in Portland, Oregon. Based on a ‘Botanical Democracy’ Aviation Gin has a blend of Juniper, Cardamom, French Lavender, Indian Sarsaparilla, Coriander, Anise seed and two kinds of orange peel.
