Preparation and Usage
Required*: 120g Pancake Mix (1/4 of a pack), 1 medium egg, 250ml water, vegetable oil, medium non-stick fying pan, mixing bowl, whisk, measuring jug.
*Makes 5 pancakes.
Instructions
Shallow Fry - From Ambient. Medium heat. 2-4 mins
1 Add 120g of pancake mix (1/4 of a pack), egg and water into a bowl, whisk until smooth and transfer into a pouring jug.
2 Lightly oil the frying pan and heat until hot.
3 Pour enough batter to thinly coat the base of the pan 3 and cook on medium heat for 1-2 mins, then flip and cook for a further 1-2 mins.
4 Serve warm with your favourite toppings and fillings.
