Aunt Bessie's Golden Crumble Mix Oat Crumble Topping 400g

A sweet crumble mix with oats to sprinkle over fruit and bake.

Ingredients:

• Wheat Flour
• Rapeseed Oil
• Palm Oil
• Oat Flakes (13%)
• Sugar
• Demerara Sugar
• Yeast
• Salt
• Calcium Carbonate
• Iron
• Niacin
• Thiamin

Preparation: Oven cook from ambient.

• Required: 450g cooked fruit / canned fruit filling, 45ml water, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 litre oven-proof dish
• 1. Place fruit / filling into an ovenproof dish (if using fresh fruit, also add the water and sugar).
• 2. Sprinkle the crumble mix over the fruit / filling and rake with a fork to even out any lumps and level the top.
• 3. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas mark 5, for 30-40 mins until the crumble is golden brown.
• Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
