Storage: For best before end: see neck of bottle. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and best within 4 weeks.
Preparation and Usage: Perfect as a marinade, sauce or dip.
How to prepare: Coat meat, fish or vegetables with the sauce, and marinate for a minimum of 20 minutes in the fridge before cooking in the oven, grill, frying pan or BBQ. For extra flavour add more sauce for the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Delicious with chicken, or why not try with salmon. Ensure the dish is piping hot and cooked through before serving.
