Cooking Guidelines: Oven cook - From Chilled: 200°C / 400°F / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 / 20 mins. Place container onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of a preheated oven. Heat for 10 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir meatball compartment well and re-cover. Return to oven and heat for a further 10 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Serve.
Microwave - From Chilled: 700W 6 mins/900W 4 mins. Place directly into microwave and heat on full power for 3 minutes (700W), 2 minutes (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute and return to the microwave for a further 3 minutes (700W), 2 minutes (900W), until thoroughly heated. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Serve.
Cooking Instructions - General: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places over both compartments. Take care when removing film lid as hot steam will escape. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge and once defrosted consume within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
