Cooking Instructions Oven cook 200°C / 400°F / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 / 70 mins Remove sleeve and film and place sauce sachet to one side. Preheat the oven. Cover the tray with foil. Place foil tray directly on the oven shelf in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove the foil from the tray and return to the oven for a further 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle the sauce sachet over the chicken. Wash hands thoroughly after handling the sauce sachet. Return to the oven for the final 5 minutes of cook time. Not suitable for microwave cooking. To ensure the chicken is fully cooked the thickest part of the meat. If the juices run clear, not pink, it is fully cooked.
