Cut the rack in half and place onto a microwavable plate. Cook on full power for 7 minutes 40 seconds (700W) 6 minutes (900W). Remove from the microwave and discard any cooking juices. Drizzle the contents of the sauce sachet evenly over the meat. Return to the microwave and continue cooking for a further 1 minute 20 seconds (700W), 1 minute (900W).
