Microwave - From Ambient: 700W 4 Mins / 900W 3 MinsEmpty contents into a microwavable container, cover and vent. Heat on full power for 2 minutes (700W), 1 minute 30 seconds (900W). Remove cover, stir and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes (700W), 1 minute 30 seconds (900W). Stir before serving. For microwaves with different outputs, refer to your handbook and adjust the heating times accordingly.
