How to prepare: Baking time approximately 2 minutes. Shake gently. Remove cap. Add 290ml of cold water to fill line. Replace the cap, invert the bottle tap lightly on the work surface to loosen the mix from the base of the bottle and shake for 2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth. Preheat a 7 frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add a small amount of oil to the pan, enough to lightly coat the base. Pour approximately 3 tablespoons of pancake batter over the base of the frying pan to form a thin pancake. Cook for 1-2 minutes gently easing the pancake from the sides of the pan. The pancake will be ready to turn/flip when the batter moves freely from the base of the pan. Turn or flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown. Serve with an assortment of sweet or savoury toppings.
