Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General: Take care when removing film lid as hot steam will escape. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. We have given you these heating instructions as a guide only.
Microwave - From Chilled: 700W 8 1/2 mins / 900W 5 mins
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place directly into microwave and heat on full power for 5 minutes (700W), 3 minutes (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute. Heat for a further 3 minutes 30 seconds (700W), 2 minutes (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute and serve.
Oven cook - From Frozen: 190°C / 375°F / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 / 50 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place container onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes. Remove film lid and return to the oven for a further 25 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute and serve.
