Storage: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and strong odours. After opening, transfer to an airtight container. Keep in a fridge and consume within 2 weeks. For maximum freshness, store in the freezer for up to 4 weeks. Use straight from the fridge or freezer.

Preparation and Usage: Grind before use. Use with a cafetière or filter machine.
How to Prepare: Use freshly ground coffee for the best flavour. Coarse for cafetière and medium for filter. Measure one rounded dessert spoonful of coffee for each cup required. For cafetières: Initially, warm the cafetière with hot water, empty and add the amount of coffee as required. Boil freshly drawn water, after approximately 10 seconds pour onto the coffee and leave to brew for 3-5 minutes. For percolators and filter machines follow the manufacturer's instructions.
