Product Information: Produced on the lush slopes of the volcanic island of Java, these coffee cherries are carefully hand picked and sorted to maximise their flavour and intensity. The volcanic soil of the island provides this coffee with rich tones, velvety dark chocolate notes and a hint of mild acidity.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container, keep refrigerated and best within 2 weeks.
Preparation and Usage: For home grinding. Use freshly ground coffee for the best flavour. Grind medium for cafetière and fine for filter. Add one rounded dessert spoonful of coffee for each cup required.
