• Coffee decaffeination process: The beans are first steamed to open the pores, then rinsed repeatedly in a water-based solution to remove any caffeine before they are finally dried.
• Preparation and Usage: For Cafetières & Filters. This coffee is ground to suit filter coffee brewing methods. Add one rounded dessert spoonful of coffee for each cup required. How to Prepare: Measure one spoonful of coffee for each cup required. For cafetières: Internally warm the cafetière with hot water, empty and add the coffee as required. Pour water just off the boil onto the coffee and leave to brew for 3-5 minutes. For filters: Follow the equipment manufacturer's instructions.
