Microwave - From Chilled: 700W 5 mins 10 secs/ 900W 4 mins 20 secs
Place onto a microwavable plate, cover with microwavable film and heat on full power.
Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Take care when removing film as hot steam will escape.
Oven cook - From Chilled: 200°C / 400°F / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 / 14-16 mins
Place chicken on a baking tray and cover with foil. Heat in the centre of a preheated oven.
