Care Instructions: If you think you have a gum problem, talk to your dentist first. For adults only. Use up to twice a day. Brush teeth and rinse thoroughly before use.
Directions for Use: This mouthwash is designed to be used as a short-term solution. Do not use this mouthwash for longer than one month unless advised by your dentist or hygienist. For adults over 16 only. To open, squeeze both finger pads and turn cap. Do not use immediately after brushing - wait at least 1 hour. Half fill the cap with undiluted mouthwash. Rinse thoroughly between teeth and gums for up to 60 seconds, then spit out. Use up to twice daily. Do not swallow. Not suitable for persons under 16 years of age.
