Product Information: A richly spiced tomato and sweet onion sauce with ginger, garlic, red chillies and a hint of vinegar for an intense and aromatic curry.

Preparation and Usage: Prepare in 3 Simple Steps. Cooks in 14 Mins.

• 1. Heat 1 tsp vegetable oil in a small pan, add the spices and cook for 20 seconds, stirring frequently.
• 2. Add all the prepared vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. Add the paste to the pan and gently simmer for 1-2 minutes.
• 3. Add the sauce to the pan, bring back to a gentle simmer and cook for a further 5-7 minutes. Add the cooked prawns, stir through the sauce and gently heat for 1-2 minutes. If you wish to use an alternative protein add the chicken, pork or lamb at step 2 and cook until sealed.
