Preparation and Usage: On the hob 20 mins. Serves 4. Ingredients: 1 jar of asda balti curry paste, 15ml (1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil, 1 medium onion diced, 1 red pepper diced, 1 green pepper diced, 4 diced skinless chicken breast, 200g chopped tomatoes. Heat the vegetable oil in a hot pan and fry onions and peppers until golden and slightly softened. Add the chicken and paste, then fry until sealed. Stir in chopped tomatoes, simmer for 15 minutes uncovered until chicken is thoroughly cooked and the sauce has thickened to desired consistency. Check product is piping hot before serving.
