Microwave - From Ambient: 700W 4 Mins / 900W 3 MinsEmpty contents into a microwavable container, cover and vent. Heat on full power for 2 minutes (700W), 2 minutes (900W). Stir and re-cover. Heat on full power for 2 minutes (700W), 1 minute (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly before serving.
