ASDA Acute Diarrhoea Relief 2mg Capsules - 6 Capsules

For the symptomatic relief of sudden, short term diarrhoea in adults and children aged 12 and over. It can be used by adults aged 18 years and over who have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), which has been previously diagnosed by a doctor.

Directions for Use: Swallow the capsules whole with water. If the foil is broken, do not take that capsule. Do not give to children under 12. Do not exceed stated dose.

Dosage:

• Adults and children aged 12 and over for short term diarrhoea: Two capsules to start, then one capsule after each loose bowel movement. Do not take more than 6 capsules in 24 hours for more than 24 hours.
• Adults aged 18 and over for diarrhoea associated with IBS (diagnosed by a doctor): Two capsules to start, then one capsule as needed until stools become solid. Do not take more than 6 capsules in 24 hours for more than 14 days.

Ingredients: Each capsule contains Loperamide Hydrochloride 2mg. Also contains: Lactose Monohydrate, Ponceau 4R (E124).

Storage: Do not store above 30°C. Store in the original package. Do not use after the use by date on the end flap of the carton (marked 'exp').
