Method: Apply seasoning to moist protein/ veg and allow to marinate for 1 hour. Use 30-40g per 500g of protein/ veg depending on how much flavour you can take! Great with Chicken, Pork, Beef, Lamb or Vegetables. Amazing for making fajitas, big Tex Mex chilli & taco filling.
