Uses

• Warm pencil on the back of your hand, then apply at the base of the brow and sweep through to the tail
• Blend with a small brush (Brush 20 recommended) for a seamless finish
• Use as an eyeshadow base to extend wear and prevent creasing, or along the lip line and on small areas of the complexion as a concealer
