How to use
STEP 1: FILL + ADD VOLUME Start by applying DIPBROW® Gel at the arch, working towards the tail. Then with remaining product on the brush, apply through the front of the brow. Let it set for 20 seconds.
STEP 2: DEFINE + DETAIL Add definition and detail to sparse areas of the brow using Brow Definer. Blend as you go using the spoolie brush.
STEP 3: FINISH Finish by applying Mini Clear Brow Gel through the brow in short, upward motions.
