A lovely oil which is best used in addition to other carrier oils in a dilution of around 10%. Especially good for dry skin and wrinkles. Soil Association approved.

Feature

Excellent penetration of the skin, even though it is a comparatively thick oil. Great for dry skin and kind to wrinkles. This is not a nut oil. Because it contains lots of natural antioxidants it keeps excellently. Can go cloudy in cold weather (for this reason do not refrigerate), but this can be rectified by putting it in a warm place before use. Use as an addition to other base carrier oils in 10% dilution.

Uses

Avocado oil is perfect for use as a carrier oil for any essential oil which is suitable for use on the skin. Dilution rates vary from oil to oil so you should always check the guidelines for each oil before use. Additionally it may be included in blends with other more expensive carrier or vegetable oils to lessen the cost of using them.
