A versatile nutSweet Chestnut trees, native to Asia Minor, were brought to Italy by the Ancient Greeks. They were then spread to other European countries by the Romans. We mill our organic chestnut flour extra fine. Ideal for making pancakes, muffins, cakes or sauces.

Blueberry Chestnut flour pancakes150g blueberries4 vegan eggs (flax/chia)60ml coconut milk100g chestnut flour30g coconut flourPinch of salt2 tsp baking powder1 tsp apple cider vinegarPreparation1. Whisk eggs and add in the coconut milk.2. Fold in the flours, salt, baking powder and vinegar. Stir in the blueberries.3 Pour approximately 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto a hot oiled pan. Cook until bubbles form and pop. Flip and cook until lightly browned.
