The kit includes the paper pattern, plus all the printed blue and plain white Liberty Tana Lawn® fabric needed to complete the quilt top and binding.
You will also need wadding, pins, a sewing machine, ruler, thread, scissors or rotary cutter and mat. Optional: free motion quilting foot.
Liberty Tana Lawn® would also be well suited for the backing fabric (not included in kit). or use any lightweight or quilting cotton weight 137cm (54) wide fabric. Alternatively, use a lightweight water resistant fabric for the backing to transform the quilt into a hardier picnic blanket.
