Al'Fez Moroccan Spiced Couscous is easy to prepare & can be enjoyed in many ways...Add olive oil, nut oils or melted butter for extra flavourMakes a perfect base for vegetarian & vegan mealsA delicious alternative to rice, pasta or potatoesChill, add freshly chopped vegetables & serve as a simple saladStuff into peppers, make into fritters or use as a crust for fishCooking Instructions1 Pour contents of the pack into a heat-proof bowl2 Add 300ml of boiling water, cover and leave to stand for 5 mins3 Add a little olive oil or butter to taste (optional), stir and separate grains with a fork before serving

Easy Stuffed Peppers1. Cut the tops off 4 red peppers & scoop out the seeds.2. Place peppers on a place, open-top up, & cook in microwave on high for 5-6 mins.3. Whilst peppers are cooking, prepare Couscous as per instructions on back of pack.4. Scoop the Couscous into the peppers, adding olives & goats cheese for extra flavour, & continue to cook for 8-10 mins.Recipe IdeaMake a delicious Moroccan Couscous salad for two1. Toss chopped red pepper, courgette, red onion & garlic with 1 tbsp of olive oil & roast in a medium baking tray until slightly soft.2. While the vegetables are roasting, lightly toast slivered almonds in a dry frying pan until golden brown & fragrant.3. Prepare the Couscous are per above instructions, adding a little olive oil & lemon juice at the end.4. Combine all the ingredients, garnish with coriander & serve.
