Preparation and Usage
Just Add : Chicken or Halloumi + Salad

500g chicken thighs or halloumi
1 Lettuce
2 Salad tomatoes

Easy Harissa Chicken Wraps
1 Coat sliced chicken or halloumi with spice mix and marinade for 5 mins.
Fry in 1 tsp of oil on a medium heat until cooked through for 10 mins.
2 Warm the wraps in the microwave or heat in a dry frying pan on both sides (removing the packaging first) 15 secs.
3 Drizzle the tahini dressing, layer the chopped salad and tomatoes, and top with your chicken or halloumi. Wrap up, serve and enjoy!

Tip
1: For a deeper, richer flavour leave the chicken or halloumi to marinate for 3-4 hours before cooking.
2: For a zingy lift to these North African flavours, why not try adding some pickles to your wrap.
