What is Harissa paste? A warm & aromatic chilli paste with tomatoes and garlic - a staple flavour of Middle Eastern cuisine, originating from North Africa.
Medium Spice
For a fantastic midweek meal, marinate 300g diced chicken breast in 2tbsp harissa paste mixed with 2tbsp natural yogurt. Set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers and griddle over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through. Garnish with finely chopped parsley and serve with Al'Fez Moroccan Spiced Couscous.
