500g Non-lean mince meat or veggie mince

Easy Kofta Wraps
1 Mix spices with minced meat. Combine well. Shape into 16 oval shaped kofta patties.
2 Fry in a pan with a little oil until cooked through.
3 Serve in a wrap with chopped fresh salad and Al'fez tahini dressing.
Tip: Before cooking, try threading the koftas onto skewers turning occasionally until nicely browned.
