Preparation and Usage: Use 3/4 cup of water to 1/2 cup of Fufu. Place the water into a medium sized pan and add the Fufu a little at a time, stirring until your desired thickness is reached. Warm over a medium heat, stirring continuously, for 4-5 minutes until rich and smooth. Ensure the mix is heated thoroughly. Mould the mixture into balls and serve! Always check food is piping hot before serving.
