The lacquered Twister mill is suitable for either Salt or Pepper. Featuring a scooped concave scallop shape, it's made from solid rubber wood, finished with eight coats of high-gloss lacquer and hand-polished between each coat. Using a ceramic mechanism, the mill requires a clockwise motion to activate. Beautifully gift-boxed, the mill can be used to grind either rock salt (dry salt crystals) or black peppercorns. Not to be used for sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt or pink peppercorns.
