Directions

Adults, pregnant women and children over 12 years take 1 capsule of Active Iron and 1 Active Multivitamin tablet daily with water or fruit juice. Active Iron is gentle enough to take on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the daily dose without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. Store below 25°C in a dry place.
