Concealed within the Art Deco sculptural form are two candles. The glazed stoneware cap holds a 330-gram single-wick candle in blue. The ceramic base contains a second, larger 1600-gram four-wick candle, designed to provide even illumination. The combination of different textures and finishes highlights the skill involved and adds visual and tactile appeal. The base starts as unglazed ceramic, shaped, oven-set, and sanded for 30 minutes to achieve a smooth, matte surface. In contrast, the lid is glazed and fired twice for a glossy finish.
Each candle features a hand-embossed plaque inspired by Acqua di Parma's label, merging modern production with artisanal craftsmanship.
