Similar to the now unavailable Lavinia Sandstone nail file, these nail files are made from Swedish sandstone hand machined from the mountain sides of the Dalarna region in Central Sweden. Their fabulous Nordic design and quality makes these luxury beauty care products wonderful to use and last for generations. Swedish Orsa sandstone is 360 million years old and comes from mountains surrounded by forest, home to elk and bear, and is made up of silicon-bonded quartz. It’s unusual abrasion resistance and long-lasting durability makes it primarily used for building blocks, millstones and grinding stones. Each piece is hand crafted, reusable and sustainably produced.
