Ingredients:
Ice Cubes
30 ml Absolut Watermelon
90 ml Sparkling Wine
4 Chunks Watermelon
6 ml Simple Syrup
Mint Leaf

How to mix: Muddle the watermelon cubes into a shaker and add the vodka and the simple syrup. Fine strain into a wine glass and top it up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a slice of watermelon and mint sprig.
