For reliable bariatric incontinence protection, use ABENA San Premium pads with special fixation underwear to ensure a secure fit. These pads feature Top-Dry Technology and a breathable backsheet for skin comfort and odor control. As a trusted UK brand, ABENA provides dermatologically tested products with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
ABENA 11/XXL is part of ABENA's range of anatomically shaped pads designed for bariatric use. The longer pad provides greater security for all body shapes. The high-performance core with Top-Dry Technology helps ensure optimal skin care by keeping the exposed area comfortable and dry even after multiple voids. The fully breathable pads are fitted with standing leakage barriers combined with built-in cross barriers at the rear. When combined, these functionalities help protect the skin and maintain a natural skin balance. The Odor control system minimises unpleasant smells. The wetness indicator with a graduation scale guides the user and caretaker to determine the right absorption level and product changes. The dermatologically tested products have been certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. These bladder protection pads should always be used with special fixation underwear, like our ABENA Fix Pants Super 4-6XL products, both to ensure a tight fit and to reduce the risk of leakage. ABENA's two-piece systems, consisting of fixation pants and an incontinence pad, are a cost-effective solution.

Easy product recognition by colour codes, names, and numbering systems. These bariatric pads should always be used with special fixation underwear, like our ABENA fix Pants Super 4-6XL. That way, the pad is kept in place, ensuring a tight fit and reducing the risk of leakages. Pull the fixation pants halfway up the legs. Fold the pad lengthwise to create a bowl shape. Pass the pad between the legs from front to back. Position the upper rear end of the pad at the tailbone. Fan out the back of the pad horizontally to create a channel shape between the legs. Use the wetness indicator to check if the product is applied accurately in the centre. Fan out the pad horizontally at the front. Pull the fixation pants up into position.
