This beautifully crafted body brush is designed to support gentle dry brushing and everyday detox rituals. Made with densely packed 100% natural horsehair bristles, it helps stimulate the lymphatic system and encourage circulation while gently exfoliating the skin. The handle is made from 100% kiln-dried hornbeam wood. Each brush is hand finished and features a long handle to help you easily reach the back of the body and those harder to reach areas. Use before showering to support natural detox processes and leave skin feeling smoother, refreshed and energised.

Advisory Information: Please note, whilst dry brushing has a host of benefits, if you have particularly sensitive skin, we suggest consulting a practitioner before use. You should also avoid dry brushing over an open wound or any inflamed area due to skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

Directions:

  • Start at your feet and gently brush upwards towards your heart. The sensation should feel more like a massage than pain, so adjust the pressure accordingly.
  • Proceed to your legs, using big, circular motions to brush upwards towards your hips.
  • Move up to your stomach area, continuing to brush in an anticlockwise direction to aid digestion.
  • Brush each arm in an upward motion, working towards your shoulders and chest.
  • After dry brushing, hop into the shower to soothe your skin and wash away any loose dry skin.
  • Once out of the shower and dried off, don't forget to moisturise! Applying a cream or oil will help replenish moisture and hydration in your skin, especially after exfoliation.

For optimal results, aim to dry brush two to three times a week to keep your skin looking and feeling its best.
