Directions:

A step-by-step guide on how to practice dry brushing for your skin:

• Start at your feet and gently brush upwards towards your heart. The sensation should feel more like a massage than pain, so adjust the pressure accordingly.
• Proceed to your legs, using big, circular motions to brush upwards towards your hips.
• Move up to your stomach area, continuing to brush in an anticlockwise direction to aid digestion.
• Brush each arm in an upward motion, working towards your shoulders and chest.
• After dry brushing, hop into the shower to soothe your skin and wash away any loose dry skin.
• Once out of the shower and dried off, don't forget to moisturise! Applying a cream or oil will help replenish moisture and hydration in your skin, especially after exfoliation.

For optimal results, aim to dry brush two to three times a week to keep your skin looking and feeling its best.
