Contains Quarterfolic, a source of L-Methyl Folate which provides folic acid in an active naturally occurring form, folate. Active Folic delivers x3 greater absorption than standard folic acid.
Active Folic is suitable or anyone who needs to supplement their folate intake to support normal function of the immune system, normal blood function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Supplemental folic acid intake of 400µg for at least one more before and up to 3 months after conception, can help reduce the risk of neural tube defects in a developing foetus.
