For the best results, slice it in a salad, chuck it in a carbonara or bung it in a burrito. For the worst results, wear it as an eye-patch and tell people you're a pirate.

Cooking Instructions - General. Drain. No need to press - we're special like that. Chop, cook, enjoy. Or be a rebel and eat it cold - yes rebels eat their Tofoo cold.
All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure tofu is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200C/180C Fan, Gas mark 6/20 mins
Pre-heat oven. Toss in a little oil and bake on a tray.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium heat 10 mins
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently.
