Do not refreeze after defrosting Before using without the cooking sachet, rinse the product in cold water. Cooking : Bain-marie: 7-9 mins. Steamer: 7-9 mins. Oven (210C): Brush the fillets with oil. Reheat for 17-24 minutes on the middle shelf. Microwave oven (900W): Remove the sachets. Cook for about 4 mins for 2 fillets, covered, in a suitable dish. Turn half way through. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Defrosting: In the fridge: 3-4 hours. Microwave oven (150W): Remove the sachets, defrost for 4-5 mins for 2 fillets, turning halfway through. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Frying pan (after defrosting): 4-6 mins on a medium heat in a little hot fat, turning half way through.
