Store in a cool, dry place.
Preparation and Usage
Wash before use.
Instructions
Boiling:8 mins
1.Remove packaging and outer leaves, chop the florets and rinse under cold running water.
2.Bring a saucepan of water to the boil.
3.Add the cauliflower florets and cover with a lid.
4.Return to the boil, simmer gently for 8 minutes (or until tender).
5.Drain and serve immediately.
Microwave:
850W 6m 30s / 750W 7m / 650W 8m 30s
1.Remove packaging and outer leaves, chop the florets and rinse under cold running water.
2.Put the florets into a microwave-safe bowl and add boiled water.
3.Cook in the microwave based on the timings above.
4.Drain and serve immediately.
